About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Sporting Goods Associate in Havre, Montana. This role contributes to the overall customer experience by providing outstanding service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, keeping the department clean and organized, and safeguarding company assets. The associate serves as a resource on sporting goods products, including fishing, hunting, and camping items, and educates and assists customers about the brands North 40 sells. The position requires availability for scheduled shifts during store business hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, and scheduling must be flexible based on business needs. The work involves spending all working time on one's feet, using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks, and lifting and carrying items of varying weights.

Ability to spend 100% of work time on one's feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
Availability for scheduled shifts during store business hours, including weekends and certain holidays as scheduled, with flexibility based on business needs.
