Canada Soccer is the National Sport Organization responsible for leading the growth and development of soccer in Canada. Working in collaboration with its Member Associations, professional leagues, clubs, and community partners, Canada Soccer supports the game at every level — from grassroots participation to high performance — and across all regions of the country. The Sport and Community Inclusion Departments support initiatives that create equitable, diverse and meaningful opportunities for participation, leadership, and development within soccer. Through programs such as TELUS She CAN Coach, Canada Soccer is committed to strengthening pathways for women and girls in coaching and creating more inclusive environments across the Canadian soccer landscape. Canada Soccer is seeking a Sport Inclusion Program Coordinator to support the delivery of the TELUS She CAN Coach program. This part-time contract role will provide administrative, communication, and program delivery support, with a focus on supporting French-language participants, coordinating program communications, assisting with participant engagement, and supporting the delivery of virtual learning sessions. The position will primarily support the French-language delivery of TELUS She CAN Coach and will require a maximum commitment of 10 hours/week from September–December and 20 hours/week from January–April, based on program delivery needs.
