The Program Coordinator will perform general administrative tasks such as handling mail, typing, and maintaining filing systems for the program. This role involves creating and maintaining patient records in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and regular updates. The coordinator will execute administrative tasks critical to patient progression through the program, act as a liaison between team members, and manage incoming and outgoing faxes. Responsibilities also include labeling and attaching documents to the CRM and program drives, reviewing and analyzing documents for Adverse Events, and reporting them. Additionally, the role may involve processing copayment requests for patients, pharmacies, or physicians for programs offering copay assistance or concierge payments. The coordinator will audit and maintain various reports, checking for errors and discrepancies, and making necessary corrections. This position will also assist with scheduled and unscheduled projects within the department, participate in product and disease training sessions, and liaise with healthcare professionals (HCPs) for prescription renewals via phone calls. The role requires managing inbound and outbound calls and ensuring compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations. Other related duties as assigned.
