In this role, as a Spend Management Consulting Manager, you will be the linchpin for spend management project implementations, providing strategic insights and expertise. Your passion and motivation will be instrumental in guiding clients through configuring and implementing their spend management solutions. You'll be expected to foster a culture of continuous improvement, business process optimization, and change management. Essential to your success will be your strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills, coupled with adaptability, a client-focused approach, and a drive for innovation. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with procurement, payables, and contract lifecycle management applications (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba).
A minimum of 5 years of procurement and payables related experience, either in a consultative or substantial operational role.
Full cycle implementation expertise.
A minimum of 4 years of experience with Spend Management, Procurement experience.
Strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience in leading and managing complex projects, in technology implementations or assessments.
Strong customer presence with client executive and C-suite.
Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
Skills in managing change within an organization.
Ability to think strategically and align technology solutions with business goals.
Strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with the Higher Education space is a plus.
