About The Position

In this role, you will perform complex analyses and research related to supply chain and other focus areas as needed. You will monitor performance and recommend potential project opportunities for value and savings across the health system, provide monthly status reporting on goal achievement, and work with national and local teams to maintain an understanding of contract specifics and performance. The position also involves identifying solutions to complex problems, supporting contract utilization and compliance, interpreting trends and regulatory changes, and developing cost-reduction analyses and executive presentations. You will learn Vizient tools and train member staff and stakeholders.

Requirements

At least 2 years of related data analysis experience using complex data sets.
Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.

Nice To Haves

Relevant degree preferred.
Advanced capabilities in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
Previous experience in healthcare consulting, supply chain, pharmacy, strategic sourcing, business development, finance, or decision support.

Responsibilities

Conduct analyses of information to produce repeatable results and identify solutions to complex problems.
Identify and resolve member pricing discrepancies.
Determine customer needs and develop and recommend solutions from the company portfolio.
Support contract utilization and compliance to help achieve territory sales and revenue goals.
Conduct research, as directed by the Enterprise Client Manager and supporting internal business units, to develop programmatic offerings.
Interpret trends, regulatory changes, and forecasts, and anticipate their impact on member goals.
Gather and evaluate the quality of purchase data, revenue data, and hospital-specific information for comprehensive cost-reduction analyses.
Create data visualizations, including charts, graphs, tables, and reports, to support findings and develop high-level executive presentations.
Present recommendations to management and provide guidance in selecting alternatives, as needed.
Learn Vizient tools and train member staff and stakeholders.
Monitor performance, recommend project opportunities for value and savings, and provide monthly status reporting on goal achievement.
Interact with national and local teams to maintain current understanding of contracts and performance status.
