About The Position
Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide individualized speech therapy services to residents. The therapist evaluates residents, develops and adjusts treatment plans, provides speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy, and documents clinical care. The role works collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members and educates residents and families about therapy goals and home programs. The position is PRN or on-call in Roosevelt, Utah. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Utah.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related settings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans.

- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
