About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide home health care to patients in their homes. The role involves skilled visits that address patients’ needs, supporting progress in daily life and recovery through individualized, holistic care. Clinicians work with manageable caseloads, make clinical decisions independently, and build one-on-one relationships with patients. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for training, professional development, mentorship, and applying for roles at other PurposeCare locations.
Requirements
- Current Speech Therapist license in the state where applying.
- At least 1 year of speech therapist experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks that may include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing.
- Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
