About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Therapist to meet with new patients, assess their speech needs, and create personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. The role includes documenting patient care, observing and participating in treatment, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed to support the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, provides compassionate care, and has excellent organizational skills.

Requirements

• Active state license to practice speech therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong charting and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients at the beginning of their speech therapy journey and answer introductory questions.
• Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans, working with them to set short- and long-term speech and wellness goals.
• Assist with implementing treatment plans and adjust them as needed to support successful outcomes.
• Maintain thorough records of patient needs, care, and outcomes.
• Work closely with patients and their families to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed for success.
