Speech Pathologist-Inpatient
About The Position
Southcoast Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to perform diversified patient care and related duties within and in support of the Rehabilitation Services Department, under the direction of an individually assigned Team Leader, Rehabilitation Services, or designee. The position is based at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, Massachusetts, and is scheduled for 40 hours per week on a day shift, Tuesday through Saturday, including every Saturday; the shift varies. A $7,500 new-hire sign-on bonus is offered. Rehires whose employment ended more than one year ago are also eligible. Compensation is determined based on experience, with a stated pay range of $41.21 to $62.34 per hour. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-ASHA) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
- Current Massachusetts license in Speech Pathology.
- CPR certification.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19, or qualify for an exemption for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying the choice to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
