As a PRN Speech Therapist, you will work alongside our skilled multidisciplinary Rehab team that is willing to share and learn together. You will evaluate, develop plan of treatment and carry out treatment for a wide variety of patient diagnoses, including Neuro, ICU, Surgical, and Telemetry. PRN Speech Therapist Coverage: 1 Weekend a month (on-call shift) and working during the weekday as needed to help cover vacation or sick time. Shifts during the week will be 8:00am-4:30pm and on-call shifts during the weekend will be 8:00am-4:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Banner Wyoming Medical Center is located in the heart of Casper Wyoming. As the state's largest inpatient facility, Wyoming Medical Center is known and highly regarded for its cardiac and stroke services. With 249 beds and a level 2 trauma center, Wyoming Medical Center is proud to serve the entire state of Wyoming. POSITION SUMMARY This position provides screening, evaluation, and rehabilitation services for patients with speech and language disorders related to speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency. This position plans and carries out specialized treatment programs, documents treatment, and maintains data regarding patient care. This position demonstrates the clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide treatment appropriate to the age of the patients served.
