About The Position

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant to provide individualized, in-home therapy to pediatric patients. The SLPA works under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to help children achieve developmental goals through effective, engaging therapeutic interventions. The role serves patients in the Del Rio, Texas listing, while the posting also describes service throughout San Antonio.

The position offers flexible scheduling tailored to the employee’s availability, with after-school hours beginning at 4 p.m. Part-time caseloads are 15 to 24 visits per week, and full-time caseloads are 25 or more visits per week. Caseloads are built near the employee’s location, with back-office support and no need to chase paperwork. Hands-on training and ongoing support are offered to new graduates and experienced SLPAs alike.

Requirements

• Licensed Speech Therapy Assistant in Texas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Responsibilities
