Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/ST) / CFY - Full Time
About The Position
Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for its sub-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation department in Bethel, Connecticut. The role provides comprehensive, compassionate therapy services to residents and works collaboratively with rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment. The company emphasizes appropriate and ethical patient care, therapist-led management, continuing education, and helping residents achieve greater independence. Flexible scheduling is offered to support work-life balance. The listed hourly rate is $38–$42 for a CFY and $43–$48 for an SLP.
Requirements
- Hold a current Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP/CFY) license or be eligible for licensure in the state of employment.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
- Work well with others in a team setting.
- Be flexible with hours.
Responsibilities
