About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year in Yelm, Washington. These positions are based in elementary schools (Pre-K–5th grade) and are suitable for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFY). The roles involve supporting students with defined caseloads, collaborating with other professionals, and utilizing a combination of push-in, pull-out, and consultation services. AnthroMed Education focuses on providing thoughtful placements, ongoing mentorship, and resources to help clinicians thrive. The district aims to keep clinicians at a single school site when possible. These roles are transitioning from remote support to in-person service delivery.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Eligible for or holding a Washington Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Eligible for or holding a Washington Educational Staff Associate certification.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Interest in school-based practice.
  • Open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)).

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to elementary students (Pre-K–5th grade).
  • Manage caseloads of approximately 45–50 students.
  • Utilize a combination of push-in, pull-out, and consultation service models.
  • Collaborate with other Speech-Language Pathologists, educators, special education staff, and related-service providers.
  • Participate in bi-weekly team meetings for collaboration, networking, and case support.
  • Provide structured supervision and mentorship for Clinical Fellows (CFY).
