About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Rock Hill, South Carolina is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for its expanding outpatient services. The role focuses on helping patients improve communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities in a supportive, collaborative clinic environment. Experienced clinicians and new graduates are welcome; mentorship, clinical autonomy, and support are provided to help clinicians grow and deliver exceptional patient care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends. The advertised base salary is $77,500–$85,000 per year, with performance-based bonus opportunities.

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Build strong patient relationships while delivering an exceptional care experience.
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture.
