About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Rock Hill, South Carolina, is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for its expanding outpatient services. The clinician will help patients improve communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities in a supportive, collaborative clinic environment. The position is open to experienced clinicians and new graduates, including Clinical Fellowship candidates, and offers mentorship, clinical autonomy, and opportunities for professional growth. The role provides a base salary of $77,500–$85,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends. Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Build strong patient relationships and provide an exceptional care experience.
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture.
