About The Position

FYZICAL Lake Wylie is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for its outpatient clinic in Lake Wylie, South Carolina. The clinician will help patients improve communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while providing evidence-based care and an exceptional patient experience. The clinic offers mentorship, clinical autonomy, and a supportive, collaborative team environment for both experienced clinicians and new graduates. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with no weekends. The base salary is $77,500–$85,000 per year, with performance-based bonus opportunities. Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Build strong patient relationships and deliver an exceptional care experience.
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture.
