About The Position
PAM Health is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide care for a diverse population of chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The role is based at the Texarkana LTACH. Candidates should have prior inpatient hospital experience or a commitment to learning in that setting. Flexible scheduling is offered. The Speech Language Pathologist provides direct patient care and plans and implements treatment programs for individuals in accordance with the principles and practices of speech therapy. The role also contributes to further development of services and requires flexibility to meet company needs across different facilities.
Requirements
- Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Current BLS certification.
- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
