About The Position

Arbor Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor in the Florence area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to build a caseload that aligns with individual schedules and income goals. The company is expanding its AAC program and is particularly interested in clinicians passionate about augmentative and alternative communication. Arbor Therapy provides clinical support without micromanagement and focuses on meaningful, community-based work.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within Tucson and nearby communities.
• Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred).
• Feeding therapy experience or interest preferred.
• AAC experience a plus.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment.
• Educate and partner with families and caregivers.
• Complete timely, concise documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
