About The Position

Arbor Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to design a schedule that fits the clinician's lifestyle. The position involves providing therapy services in home and community-based settings, with a focus on individualized, evidence-based care. Arbor Therapy is also expanding its AAC program and is interested in clinicians passionate about augmentative and alternative communication.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Arizona SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within the Greater Phoenix area

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
• Experience or interest in feeding therapy is a plus
• Experience with AAC is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat clients in home and community-based settings
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Adjust plans of care based on client progress and clinical judgment
• Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
