About The Position

AnthroMed Education is a school-based organization dedicated to supporting clinicians through thoughtful placements, ongoing mentorship, and resources that help them thrive. We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Yelm, Washington, for the 2026–2027 school year, beginning in September. This opportunity is open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows completing their CFY. This role offers a defined caseload of approximately 45–50 middle school students and collaboration with other SLPs. It is a strong opportunity for an SLP-CF seeking structured support during their Clinical Fellowship or an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who values teamwork, stability, and a supportive school environment. The position will transition speech-language services from a remote model to consistent, in-person support for students and staff.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligible for or holding a Washington Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Eligible for or holding a Washington Educational Staff Associate certification
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Interest in school-based practice
  • Open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY))

Responsibilities

  • Provide meaningful in-person services to middle school students.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 45-50 middle school students.
  • Collaborate with other Speech-Language Pathologists, educators, special education staff, and related-service providers.
  • Transition speech-language services from a remote model to consistent, in-person support.
  • Utilize a combination of push-in, pull-out, and consultation services.
  • Participate in bi-weekly team meetings for collaboration, networking, and case support.
  • Receive regular caseload support and mentorship from the Clinical Support Director.
  • Provide structured supervision, dedicated mentorship, and consistent support for Clinical Fellows during their CFY.
