Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MSLP)
  • Active Maryland Department of Health SLP License
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with high school or secondary students strongly preferred
  • Experience with AAC or complex communication needs is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy and intervention services to high school students
  • Address a range of communication needs, including articulation and language delays, Autism, and complex communication needs
  • Support students with communication-related behavioral needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
