About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year in Yelm, Washington. This role is based at one high school site and serves students in grades 9–12, as well as an 18–22 transition program. The position involves transitioning speech-language services from a remote model to in-person support. AnthroMed Education is dedicated to supporting clinicians with thoughtful placements, ongoing mentorship, and resources to help them thrive. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligible for or holding a Washington Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Eligible for or holding a Washington Educational Staff Associate certification
  • Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
  • Open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY))

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language services to students in grades 9-12 and an 18-22 transition program.
  • Transition speech-language services from a remote model to consistent, in-person support.
  • Utilize a combination of push-in, pull-out, and consultation service models.
  • Collaborate with other Speech-Language Pathologists, educators, special education staff, and related-service providers.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 45-50 students.
  • Receive regular caseload support and mentorship from the Clinical Support Director.
  • Participate in bi-weekly team meetings for collaboration, networking, and case support.
  • Provide structured supervision and dedicated mentorship for Clinical Fellows.
