About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Muskegon, Michigan. This role involves a caseload split between two elementary schools, primarily supporting general education and resource room classrooms. The SLP will work alongside another SLP in each building and a multidisciplinary team to impact students' communication skills. AnthroMed Education provides comprehensive support, including clinical mentorship, professional development, and resources, to foster student success and personal growth.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
