About The Position
Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate for its sub-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation department at The Reservoir Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The 144-bed facility serves geriatric patients in sub-acute and long-term care. The rehabilitation department has a large gym equipped with a car simulator, kitchen, practice tub/shower and bathroom, ACP modalities, staircases, parallel bars, high-low mats, and a standing table. The role is supported by an interdisciplinary team and collaborative discharge planning. The Rehab Director and Regional Director of Operations are CCC-SLPs and offer mentorship and support. Preferred Therapy Solutions is owned and operated by therapists and emphasizes appropriate, ethical patient care and high-quality outcomes that help residents achieve independence. The company offers continuing education, mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a generous paid time off package. The stated good-faith rate range is $36.00–$40.00.
Requirements
- Speech Language Pathologist credential (SLP, CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation department serving geriatric patients in sub-acute and long-term care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and support patient discharge planning.
