About The Position

AnthroMed Education is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists in Enumclaw, Washington for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is open to both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF / CFY) candidates. The position is designed to provide a balanced, manageable caseload, thoughtful placement, and consistent clinical support. The district is located near Mount Rainier and is looking to secure clinicians quickly. Two positions are available: Pre-K Speech-Language Pathologist and Middle School Speech-Language Pathologist. AnthroMed Education focuses on supporting clinicians with regular caseload support, mentorship, bi-weekly team meetings, access to a materials database, and reimbursement for ASHA dues and licensure fees. For Clinical Fellows, structured supervision and dedicated mentorship are provided.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligible for or holding Washington State SLP licensure (DOH) and ESA certification
  • Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
  • Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to Pre-K or Middle School students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff.
  • Participate in bi-weekly team meetings for collaboration and case support.
  • Utilize a generous materials database and an annual therapy materials stipend.
  • Receive structured supervision and mentorship if a Clinical Fellow.
