About The Position
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students in a school-based setting. The role involves helping students address speech and language challenges, develop functional communication skills, and participate more confidently in their educational experiences. The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide customized services aligned with student needs and IEP objectives. The position is full-time, with a minimum schedule of 37.5 hours per week, and requires occasional travel between locations; mileage is reimbursed. Interviews are available immediately.
Requirements
- Active Speech Pathology license in Illinois.
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with speech pathology endorsement.
- Master’s degree in a communication disorder-related field.
Nice To Haves
- ASHA certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate students’ communication abilities.
- Provide targeted speech and language therapeutic interventions aligned with student needs and IEP objectives.
- Track student progress and adapt strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
