About The Position
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide communication services to students in a school-based setting. The role focuses on helping students address speech and language challenges, develop functional communication skills, and participate more confidently in their educational experiences. The Speech-Language Pathologist delivers customized speech and language services aligned with student needs and IEP objectives. The position is full-time, with a minimum commitment of 37.5 hours per week, and requires occasional travel between locations; mileage is reimbursed. Interviews are available immediately.
Requirements
- Hold an active Speech Pathology license in Illinois.
- Have a PEL with a speech pathology endorsement.
- Hold a master’s degree in a field related to Communication Disorders.
Nice To Haves
- ASHA certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate students’ communication abilities.
- Provide targeted therapeutic interventions and customized speech and language services aligned with student needs and IEP objectives.
- Track student progress and adapt strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
