AnthroMed Education is a clinician-centered organization built by former educators, and we are currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and SLP-CF clinicians for school-based opportunities in Lake Stevens, Washington for the 2026–2027 school year, with opportunities open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF / CFY). This role involves working in primarily elementary school settings, with full-time opportunities and part-time flexibility available. Assignments may be split across multiple school buildings, with some opportunities for single-building placements. Caseloads primarily support elementary-aged students across multiple campuses, with buildings supporting Autism Programs and Structured Learning Center programming. The role operates within a collaborative team model with typically 2 SLPs assigned per building, and strong internal district support available for collaboration and CF supervision. AnthroMed Education invests in its clinicians by providing regular caseload support and mentorship from our Clinical Support Director, bi-weekly team meetings for collaboration, networking, and case support, access to a generous materials database plus an additional stipend, and 100% reimbursement for ASHA dues and licensure fees. For Clinical Fellows, structured supervision, dedicated mentorship, and consistent support throughout their CFY are provided.
