Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
Pediatric experience (including internships or CFY)
Passion for helping children and families thrive

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Partner with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s communication goals
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, engaging treatment plans
Deliver therapy that blends clinical expertise with creativity and play
