About The Position

Cole Pediatric Therapy Humble is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. They offer a supportive environment with a 90-day ramp-up period for new hires, valuing ethical, evidence-based treatment and a healthy work/life balance. The clinic is described as the outpatient version of a teaching hospital and is one of the largest outpatient therapy clinics in the Houston area, with a strong speech therapy department. They encourage collaboration between SLPs, OTs, and PTs and offer opportunities for continued learning, specialization (AAC and feeding teams), and professional growth. They are looking for clinicians who are eager to learn and experienced clinicians willing to mentor.

Requirements

  • Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (can be during student internships or as a CF)
  • Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
  • Passion for changing the lives of others
