About The Position

This job offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and make a meaningful impact. Cole Pediatric Therapy Humble 2.0 is a growing clinic seeking new clinicians who are hungry to learn and experienced clinicians willing to mentor. For Clinical Fellows, it is a great place to get started since it has a lower volume and pace compared to other locations, allowing for building a caseload at a slower rate. For all clinicians, we are here to help you find and develop your passions, whether that be specializing in an area of practice or growing your leadership skills. We have both an AAC team and a feeding team where therapists meet regularly to discuss cases, review current research, and develop their skillset. We offer frequent opportunities for continued learning, including CEUs and in-service presentations. We are committed to a multi-disciplinary model of care and encourage collaboration between our Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists, embracing teamwork.
