About The Position
Synaptic Pediatric Therapies (SPT) is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join their team. The mission of SPT is to transform young lives through compassionate care, innovative treatments, and collaborative teamwork. This role focuses on empowering children to communicate confidently and connect with the world around them.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certification (or a Clinical Fellow eager to grow).
- Collaborative spirit, thriving in a team setting.
- Experience (or passion to gain experience!) with various conditions such as articulation, fluency, swallowing, and AAC.
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat diverse speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs.
- Develop individualized Plans of Care with tailored goals.
- Collaborate with families for skill carryover and resources.
- Stay current with professional development and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain documentation, adhering to requirements.
