Speech Language Pathologist-Part-Time
About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists for part-time positions in Webster, Texas, and surrounding areas. The organization provides intensive, individualized neurological rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses. Interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans, and therapists use creative, evidence-based activities to address functional goals and support durable outcomes. Patients may be accepted at any point on the continuum from severe brain injury to job readiness.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
- State licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.
Nice To Haves
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments involving speech and language, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
