About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered neurological rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities in Kerrville, Texas, and surrounding areas. The organization treats traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses. Interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans that therapists practice with patients in their homes and communities, using creative activities to address functional goals through an evidence-based approach. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
- State licensure.
- Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.
Nice To Haves
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments across speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
