About The Position

Boston Speech Therapy is excited to announce an opening for a Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor to join our dedicated team. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $80 to $90 per hour based on experience. As a supervisor, you will oversee Speech Language Pathology Assistant, ensuring high standards of care. In addition, you will perform evaluations for the SLPA caseload. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a supportive team environment focused on fostering effective communication skills in clients. Flexibility in scheduling allows for a balance between leadership duties and clinical evaluations, making it an ideal opportunity for a dedicated professional.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Extensive clinical experience, including supervisory roles preferred
• Experience in conducting evaluations and assessments
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to professional development and quality care

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor SLPAs and staff, providing guidance and support.
