Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) is hiring Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists to provide individualized pediatric therapy. Opportunities are available at the Hurstbourne, St. Matthews, and Blankenbaker LN clinics and in Louisville-area private schools. Full-time, part-time, and after-school schedules are available. APT describes its approach as client-focused, family-first, clinician-run care, with diverse caseloads and mentorship for new graduates and experienced therapists. The company offers flexible schedules, bonuses and growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment. Occupational Therapists evaluate and treat children from birth through age 21, addressing areas such as fine and visual motor development, sensory processing and modulation, and executive functioning, and their impact on daily activities and participation. Speech Language Pathologists prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat children’s speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Physical Therapists evaluate children from birth through age 21 with congenital and orthopedic conditions and provide skilled gross motor interventions to improve mobility. Therapists work with caregivers and interdisciplinary colleagues to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, maintain professional competencies, and meet licensure and ethical expectations. Speech Language Pathologists also document treatment sessions and progress or evaluation reports.
