Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) is hiring pediatric therapists to provide compassionate, individualized care in a supportive, clinician-run environment. Therapists work with children from birth to age 21 and collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. APT emphasizes client-focused care, diverse caseloads, a family-first approach, mentorship, flexible schedules, bonuses, and growth opportunities. New graduates are welcome to apply. Occupational Therapists evaluate and treat children with physical, emotional, and/or psychosocial needs. They assess areas such as fine motor and visual motor development, sensory processing and modulation, and executive functioning, and determine how these affect activities of daily living, rest and sleep, education, play, leisure, and social participation. Speech Language Pathologists prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. They evaluate and treat children with speech, language, oral motor, feeding, voice, fluency, articulation, or social communication disorders to support their highest level of functioning and prevent regression. Physical Therapists evaluate and treat children with physical, emotional, and/or psychosocial needs, including congenital and orthopedic conditions. They use skilled gross motor interventions to improve mobility, including gait training, equipment and orthotic management, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercises. All therapists are expected to maintain professional and technical competencies and comply with applicable federal and state licensure and ethical expectations.
