About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Speech Language Pathologist/CF to join our team for the 2026/2027 School Year. This is a full-time, in-person position with school sites located within San Bernardino, CA. New graduates and Clinical Fellows are strongly encouraged to apply. The role involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to students, including evaluations, treatments, and IEP development and participation. We are looking for individuals who are knowledgeable about current treatment practices, experienced with pediatric disorders, flexible, collaborative, and customer service-oriented.

Requirements

• Master's degree (or be graduating in the near future) from an accredited speech language pathology program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure (by the California Board of Speech Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensers) to work in the state of California.
• If you are in the process of relocating to California and your licensure in the state of CA is in process or will be in process, this is OK as well.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our clients
• Experience with working with children with a variety of disorders and deficits including but not limited to language, articulation, fluency, and Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Able to be highly flexible and agile
• Able to be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service driven
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time.
• Physical abilities include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 pounds.
• Stooping, crouching, reaching, handling, fingering, talking, hearing conversations, and near, far visual acuity, depth perception, color vision, field of vision.

Responsibilities

• Complete Evaluations & Treatments
• Attend or complete IEP meetings
• Communicate/Consult with team members regarding student progress
• Record evaluations, complete daily treatment notes, complete attendance logs
• Report writing
• IEP writing
