About The Position

Ascend Rehab Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school setting within the south bay. The role involves joining a collaborative, clinician-led team dedicated to helping students build communication skills and succeed in the classroom. Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active CA SLP License (or eligibility)

Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs
Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics
Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines
Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed
