We are actively seeking a Specifications & National Accounts Specialist to help drive ARDEX (including all ANA brands) growth across major national end‑user accounts and key architectural partners.

Requirements

  • Experience within architectural sales or national account role is essential.
  • Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements is essential.
  • Experience with building products or flooring installation products is essential.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm for the business and be customer driven and professional.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and adapt priorities to meet the changing demands of the business.
  • Ability to effectively present in front of large groups.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Outlook, Teams and the Internet.
  • Willing to travel up to 35% with overnight stays.
  • You must possess a current, valid and unexpired driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum four (4) year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain specifications with major national chains—retailers, restaurants, hotels, healthcare systems, education systems, and other large multi‑site end users.
  • Strengthen ARDEX’s presence in high-profile, nationwide construction programs.
  • Partner closely with our Northeast Sales Regions (Columbus, OH through New England) to support architectural strategy, specification development, and technical engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance to architects, designers, and specifiers to ensure ARDEX solutions are clearly represented and adopted.
  • Play a key role in advancing our Offsite/Prefab/Modular construction initiatives, with a primary focus on the Eastern United States.
