Candidates will receive schedules in advance and should be comfortable with flexibility in days worked. In this role, you’ll work closely with specialists (oral surgery, implants, endo, etc.) and play a key role in helping patients understand and move forward with more complex, high-value treatment.

• Present and explain specialty treatment plans clearly
• Conduct patient follow-ups and schedule with specialists
• Verify and optimize insurance benefits
• Reduce outstanding balances through clear financial communication
