The Specialty Stand Worker is responsible for preparing and/or building food items while providing a memorable guest service experience. Supports the coffee outlets. Adheres to established food safety, food handling, alcohol service and sanitation procedures. This role takes place in an events-based setting, which means that schedules and hours will vary. New hires in this role start at 80% of the negotiated pay rate, increasing to 90% after 20 shifts, and 100% after 40 shifts.
