About The Position

Join Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, and provide specialty infusion care to patients in their homes. The nurse administers specialty medications, including IV infusions, coordinates with pharmacists and care teams, maintains accurate clinical records, and serves as a primary contact for patient updates and care coordination. The role requires autonomous clinical decision-making and availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed. Travel is required within a large geographic region. The anticipated annual salary is $79,200–$132,000, depending on relevant factors such as experience and geographic location. The position is also anticipated to be eligible for an annual bonus plan.

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of practice.
At least 1 year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting is strongly preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
