About The Position

Cielo is seeking a Specialized Talent Sourcer to identify and attract top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise for niche positions. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry and job requirements, utilizing specialized sourcing techniques to effectively match qualified candidates to the unique needs of client organizations. The position is based in Gurgaon, with a remote work setup, and requires working the APAC 3rd shift (6:30 PM - 03:30 AM IST).

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
  • Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets) is required.
  • Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Strong research and market analysis skills.
  • Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meeting deadlines and handling niche recruitment requirements.
  • Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively, finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent.
  • Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field is preferred.
  • Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training.
  • Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards to attract target candidates.
  • Reviewing and processing applications on all platforms in a timely manner.
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking) to identify and connect with potential candidates for niche positions.
  • Implementing traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies (mobile/email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing) to cultivate talent communities and ensure a steady pipeline of specialized talent.
  • Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels to build rapport and interest.
  • Conducting and presenting thorough market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Pre-screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Sharing market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and consulting on sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Actively promoting the employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting company strengths and career growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools.
  • Staying updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques to improve talent sourcing effectiveness.
  • Fostering diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement within talent sourcing and suggesting innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency.
