About The Position

The Specialized Human Resources Analyst I provides research, analysis and project support within a specialized Human Resources unit and interfaces with Human Resources Business Partners. This role provides a range of administrative, analytical and project support, conducts complete analysis including data gathering and validation, and may be required to present findings. The analyst will access, compile, verify and present data efficiently and accurately, in a clear and meaningful way, track statistical data relating to existing programs, and create and produce reports and documentation. The role involves independently gathering and presenting data/information, understanding processes/procedures in their specialized area, and may be a contact for assigned projects or processes that are limited in scope and complexity. The analyst will coordinate internal and external research projects as required, support the Business in Managing HR Issues, ensure ongoing communication with the team on the status/progress of projects and issues/points of interest, and participate in action planning to address employee survey results. Additionally, the role contributes to projects and activities as directed, including process improvements, special projects, and reporting, and contributes to the implementation of new programs through coordination and research, and participates in post-implementation reviews by collecting and analyzing information.

Requirements

  • 2 Year Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 Years of related experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, particularly Word and Excel
