About The Position

The Specialized Consultant supports the management team by demonstrating strong sales behaviors and leadership on the sales floor, fostering a positive work environment, and carrying out operational processes and goals in line with company standards and policies. The role helps motivate floor staff to exceed sales targets and provides customers with an exceptional experience. It is a part-time key-holder position that may lead store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.

Requirements

At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong sales experience and a demonstrated ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
Ability to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or in the warehouse.
Bilingual ability.
Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrate brand knowledge, and stay up to date on products.
Build strong customer connections and maintain positive interactions.
Uphold and carry out the company’s customer service initiatives.
Assist with merchandise processing and restocking, and monitor in-store inventory.
Assist with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and cleanliness of the sales floor and warehouse.
Organize the warehouse, maintaining labeling, logical placement, organization, and cleanliness.
Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
Perform other tasks assigned by a member of the management team.
