The Specialist, Workers Compensation, working under general direction, is responsible for supporting the administration of Workers Compensation policies and procedures related to claim filing, claim fulfillment, incident investigations, etc., with fairness and consistency in a timely manner. Additionally, the role is also responsible for staying updated on trends and industry practices within the Workers Compensation domain, collaborating with teams to implement training programs, and ensuring compliance with policies. The role would also maintain accurate and confidential records and data related to Workers Compensation matters.
