The Human Resources (HR) team works to find, grow and retain talent and build the NGS community. HR is dedicated to designing and building people and total reward strategies that enhance employee culture and the employee experience at NGS. The HR department includes HR Business Partners, Total Rewards & Recognition, Talent Management, and it leads the internship program at NGS. The Total Rewards Operations Support Administrator is a key member of the Human Resources team, focusing on ensuring operational excellence across Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition programs. This role reports to the Director of Total Rewards and requires close collaboration with the Total Rewards team to support initiatives that align with the Society's mission.
