About The Position
This position is responsible for planning and executing strategic and capital projects and programs for the Hawaii Regional Sales and Marketing Department. Team Member will focus on implementation and completion of project actions as designed by Project Management and Hawaii Executive Leadership. The Project Specialist plays a key role in leading cross-functional initiatives that support business objectives without direct involvement in day-to-day sales floor operations. Project Team Members goal is to help site performance and business partners achieve and exceed company revenue, operational effectiveness and enhance Team Member and Guest/Owner experience. The role requires frequent collaboration across all Hawaii Teams, business partners to ensure alignment with stakeholders and regional counterparts. Project Specialist will leverage digital tools, project planning tools, budget and proforma tools to ensure project objective and deliverables are completed within designated timelines, budget cost, and set resource pools.
