Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Specialist, Sales and Partnerships, is responsible for the research, review, evaluation, monitoring and reporting of parking services delivery programs. The Specialist has responsibilities toward driving the expansion of the TPA growth strategy, including identifying new market opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and executing on third‑party management contracts. The role centers on building strategic partnerships, enhancing service offerings, and positioning the TPA business for sustained long‑term growth. The incumbent is customer centric, highly analytical, with strong communications skills, works collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, including City of Toronto staff, other Agencies, private sector partners and Business Improvement Associations (BIAs) and ensures alignment with TPA’s corporate strategy and initiatives.
